The Share Button is built to reduce repetitive tasks and streamline gallery operations. Here is how it behaves under the hood:
The interface explicitly displays the count and type of your selected items (e.g., "3 ARTWORKS Selected"), ensuring you always know the exact scope of the action you are taking.
For commercial actions like sending invoices, the system can process multiple items sequentially. It will finalize drafts and issue the invoices.
For organizational actions you can create a new Collection or Viewing Room directly from the share modal.
Depending on the context of your selection, the actions are logically grouped into four primary categories. Here is the complete list of sharing and export capabilities (Category | Title | Description ):
- Links | Single Link (With Price) | Generates a public preview link displaying the artwork's pricing.
- Links | Single Link (Without Price) | Generates a public inquiry link without revealing the price.
- Links | Embed on Website | Generates an HTML iframe code to embed a viewing room directly onto any external website.
- Commerce | Create Invoice | Drafts a new invoice populated with the selected assets or assigned to the selected contact.
- Commerce | Download Standard PDF | Generates and downloads a standard visual invoice document.
- Commerce | Download e-Invoice (PDF) | Downloads a ZUGFeRD standard (PDF/A-3) electronic invoice file.
- Commerce | Email Standard Invoice | Emails the visual PDF invoice along with a secure payment link directly to the client.
- Commerce | Send e-Invoice (Email) | Emails the standardized PDF/A-3 invoice and payment link.
- Organize | Add to Collection | Appends selected items to an existing collection or creates a new one.
- Organize | Add to Room | Adds selected items to an active viewing room or creates a new one.
- Export | Social Media Format | Generates optimized, ready-to-post image layouts tailored for social platforms.
- Export | Export CSV | Downloads a structured spreadsheet containing the data of all selected items.
