- Find in:
Settings→Company→Locations→Location Team - Limits: Up to 8 Locations per Company (Business Plan); Up to 1 Location per Company (Free Plan); Multiple employees allowed per location.
- Requirements: A Business Plan is required for multiple locations.
- Real-World Example: You hire a new Gallery Assistant for Acme Berlin. You invite them via email directly to the Berlin location team. They can update inventory and log inquiries in Berlin, but they cannot change the main company bank account or upgrade your subscription plan.
The Location is where the daily action happens. Each location has its own physical address, local timezone, and a Location Logo (which will automatically overwrite the corporate logo on client invoices for a localized touch).
Every employee must be assigned to at least one location. While staff members have full power to manage inventory, log inquiries, and send offers for their assigned spaces, they are restricted from altering global company settings or upgrading the gallery's subscription plan - only the Owner can do that.
👥 How to invite your team in yatelier?
Go to Settings → Company → select your specific Location → scroll to Location Team and click + Invite Member. Choose employee as Assign Role. 🎉 Success, your just generated a invitation link, you can share now via WhatsApp, iMessage, Slack, Mail or tool your choose.
The employee has to create a new account with that code (SignUp → Invited User).
