Settings→Company - Crucial Rule: One language must be designated as the System Default.
- Real-World Example: If your default is English, all artwork descriptions and contact notes are originally written in English. Later, a staff member can translate them into French for a Paris-based exhibition.
Any language you activate at the Company level becomes instantly available across all your locations. Your System Default language is the baseline; every artwork title, medium description, and condition report you type will initially be saved in this language, with the option to add translations later.
