yatelier provides a secure, custom branded online checkout experience by generating unique payment links directly from your invoices. Powered by an integrated Stripe gateway, these direct links allow your collectors to review their purchased artworks and pay safely from anywhere, while automated webhooks instantly update your gallery's financial records behind the scenes.
- Custom Checkout Branding: You can personalize the accent color of your collector's payment page to match your gallery's identity by navigating to
SETTINGS→COMPANY→LOCATIONS→ Branding Settings. - Multilingual Emails: When you send an invoice directly through the system, yatelier detects the buyer's preferred language from their CRM profile. It automatically translates the email subject and body, formats the itemized list and dates, and prominently displays your specific Location's logo alongside the attached e-invoice PDF.
- Secure Link Revocation: Payment links are highly secure. If an invoice is cancelled or voided, the associated payment link is immediately revoked, ensuring a client cannot accidentally pay for an outdated offer.
- yatelier provides automatically payouts to your gallery's bank account once a day / week / month.
