Rooms(Available to Owners and Employees) - What to add: You can add an unlimited number of slides featuring Artworks, Collections, or Text-Blocks.
- Live Editing: Click "Edit room's appearance" to tweak your design in real-time. Your changes update instantly without needing to pause or unpublish the room.
A ya:room is your gallery’s curated digital exhibition space. Built as an interactive slider, it allows you to mix artworks, curated collections, and text blocks to tell a visual story and generate direct sales inquiries.
Publishing & Privacy
Your ya:room starts as a Draft with an inactive link. When your curation is ready, click Publish to make it Active.
• Public Rooms: Open to everyone (Available on Free & Business Plans).
• Private Rooms: Locked with a password for exclusive VIP previews (Business Plan Only).
To turn your viewing room from a simple gallery into a powerful sales tool, you can configure two main settings: Enable Prices and Enable Inquiries.
Enable Inquiries: When turned on, a visitor can click a button directly on the artwork slide to send you a message. This inquiry instantly lands in your yatelier CRM and is automatically linked to that specific artwork and contact!
Enable Prices: This allows visitors to see the artwork's listed value.
Why is there no "Buy Now" button?
Selling fine art requires white-glove logistics (like custom framing or insurance calculation - your Service Catalog). Because of this, ya:rooms are designed to capture interest, not just process anonymous web carts.
When a collector clicks to inquire, the message lands directly in your CRM, instantly linked to that artwork and contact. From there, your staff can respond perfectly with a customized, comprehensive Offer.
Inviting Collectors
Sharing your ya:room is effortless. Right from the room's dashboard, you can select an existing client from your CRM and send them a beautiful, virtual email invitation with just one click.
Create a password-protected ya:room a week before a major art fair. Filter your CRM for your top buyers, and send them an exclusive invitation to reserve works before the doors even open.
