yatelier provides multiple ways to share artworks with collectors or export the data.

Select an artwork (or multiple artworks) from your inventory and choose from the following sharing and export options:

Single Link (With Price): Generates a public link where the collector can view the artwork's details alongside its current price.
Single Link (Without Price): Generates a public preview that hides the price, replacing it with an inquiry form so the collector can easily reach out for more information.
Add to Collection: Quickly append the selected artworks to an existing collection, allowing you to group specific pieces for private sharing.
Add to Room: Seamlessly push the selected items into a digital Room (public or private - password secured).
Create Invoice: Instantly draft a fully compliant e-invoice (PDF/A-3 / ZUGFeRD format) for the selected assets, ready to be sent to your buyer.
Export CSV: Download a structured spreadsheet of your selected artworks. All attributes will be exported.
Social Media Format: Automatically generate framed, optimized layouts of your artworks ready to post on your gallery's social media platforms.
