Every artwork in your inventory can securely hold a variety of associated files. By navigating to the Assets tab on an artwork's detail page, you can upload and organize your documents into specific, logical categories. When uploading visual assets to the "Public Gallery" category, you can designate one specific image to serve as the main cover image, which will represent the artwork across your archive, viewing rooms, and share links.
Private Tag
Keep your internal documents completely secure by utilizing the privacy toggle. Any file you upload can be tagged as Private, ensuring that sensitive documents remain strictly internal and will never be shared externally with a client.
