- Requirements: You must create at least one Artist profile in the system before adding a new artwork.
Managing your gallery's inventory in Yatelier is designed to be fast and intuitive. Your archive is cleanly displayed in lists of 20 artworks per page, making it easy to navigate and review. You can perform single edits on individual pieces or use bulk selection to quickly share, remove, or organize multiple artworks at once. Because the system links your data intelligently, every new artwork requires at least one artist to be assigned (though you can assign multiple artists for collaborative pieces). Once your inventory is logged, you can effortlessly group artworks into curated Collections or push them directly into digital Rooms.
Activity Timeline on your artwork data
yatelier automatically records every data, status, or reservation change in an activity timeline, so you always know who updated what and when. This history is saved for 1 year on the Standard (Free) plan, and unlimited on the Business plan.
