Inquiries are a core part of the yatelier platform, designed to help you seamlessly transition a collector's interest into a finalized sale.
Where Do Inquiries Come From?
Collectors generate inquiries directly from your Rooms.
⚬ When configuring a Room, gallery owner / employees have the specific option to enable or disable the inquiry feature.
⚬ If enabled, collectors can submit an inquiry for a single artwork or an entire curated artwork collection.
⚬ Once submitted, the inquiry is automatically routed to your gallery's specific location dashboard.
The platform provides a centralized dashboard to manage all incoming requests. From here, you can quickly filter inquiries by their status using tabs like "New", "Active", or "Closed". The dashboard gives you a high-level view of the collector's details, the specific exhibition (Viewing Room) they were browsing, and the item they are interested in. You can also perform bulk actions, such as marking multiple inquiries as read or moving them to the trash.
Team Collaboration
Managing client interest is often a team effort.
- Gallery owners can assign an inquiry to a specific team member.
- When an inquiry is assigned, the system automatically send an email notification to alert that specific user.
- Your team can also utilize internal notes on the inquiry record, ensuring that private team communications remain hidden from the buyer.
