Importing your gallery data

ContactsandInventory→Import- The Process: You must use the official yatelier CSV template. Download the template, fill it with your data, and upload it back into the system.
- Background Sync: Once uploaded, the import runs automatically in the background. It takes approximately 25 minutes to process 1,000 entries. You do not need to keep the page open.
Moving your existing gallery records into yatelier is a smooth process. You always have two ways to add data: you can create entries manually one by one, or use our bulk CSV Import to upload large spreadsheets all at once.
There are currently two main areas where you can use the bulk import feature: Contacts and Artworks.
What Gets Imported
• Contact Import: Uploads your entire CRM, including collectors, VIPs, and suppliers.
• Artwork Import: Uploads your inventory. Note: If an artwork is linked to a creator, the system will automatically generate a new Contact with the "Artist" role for them!
