Format Supported: ZUGFeRD (European e-Invoice compliant, XML coded) under the Standard PDF file.
Multi-Currency & Complex Taxes
You can draft invoices in any global currency, with yatelier polling live exchange rates every 20 seconds to give you accurate base-currency conversions. You also have line-by-line financial control: you can easily mix an artwork under the Margin Scheme and a shipping service with Standard VAT on the exact same document.
Smart Formatting
From the moment you select a client and location, your invoice continuously auto-saves in the background so you never lose your work. Even better, yatelier's smart configurator detects your buyer's country and automatically adjusts regional settings (such as swapping between EU (DD.MM.YYYY) and US (MM/DD/YYYY) date formats, or adjusting number decimals) ensuring your international clients receive a familiar, professional document.
Inventory Automation
When you finalize an invoice and the status changes from Issued to Paid, yatelier captures the exact timestamp and instantly updates the status of all associated artworks to "Sold" in your archive.
Live Financial Breakdowns
For complete transparency before you send an offer, you can toggle the Internal Calculations view. This instantly breaks down the math behind every line item, showing you:
⚬ The Artist's Cut, calculated live based on their specific commission contract.
⚬ The Artist's Resale Right (ARR), automatically calculated and deducted if the piece is eligible.
⚬ Your final Gallery Margin, so you know exactly what your business earns from the sale.
Platform Fees
If you are on the Standard (Free) plan, a 3.5% processing fee applies to your transactions. Upgrading to the Business plan removes this platform fee entirely.
