- The Process: When you publish a new artist to the registry, yatelier only sends their First Name, Last Name, and Nickname for verification.
- AI & Human Review: Our AI, yassistant, automatically gathers public information about the artist from the web. A human team member at Yondive then verifies this data to ensure high quality before it goes live.
The Global Artist Registry is a shared, community-driven database designed to eliminate repetitive data entry. Instead of typing out artist biographies manually, you can instantly auto-fill rich, multilingual metadata for your artworks.
Strict Privacy
Publishing an artist never exposes your sensitive gallery data.
• Shared: Only the first name and last name.
• Private: Your company data-like personal contact info, commission deals, private notes, and invoicing history-remains strictly confidential and locked to your gallery alone.
If you spot missing details on an existing artist's profile, your staff can submit an edit. Once verified, your gallery's name will be officially credited as the Editor on that global profile, showcasing your expertise to the yatelier community.
