Bulk Editing for Artwork Statuses (Multiple Selection)

You can now bulk-edit artwork statuses directly from your artwork lists, saving you valuable time when managing your gallery's inventory. By selecting multiple pieces and clicking the action bar (three dots), you can instantly update the status of several artworks with just a couple of clicks: - Active / Draft: Instantly updates the visibility of your selected artworks with no extra steps. - Reserved: Seamlessly put multiple pieces on hold. Choosing this status prompts you to select a contact, immediately reserving the entire batch of artworks for that specific collector. - Sold: Because selling is more complex process than just changing the status, this option integrates directly into your billing workflow; it automatically opens a new invoice draft pre-filled with your selected artworks. (Other bulk editing actions are already planned for future updates!)
