Delivery & Shipping
All our packages are usually shipped within 2 to 4 days after payment is received. Shipping is done via DHL, Deutsche Post as well as DPD and FedEx for international orders. All our packages can be tracked! You will receive this link by mail after shipping! Please take into account that bank transfers can take up to 3 business days until they arrive on the recipient's account, only then they will be processed by us. If you want to receive your order quickly, please choose a payment method such as Paypal, purchase on account, instant bank transfer, direct debit or credit card. Do you want to return one or more products? You can always exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days after receipt of the goods! Please note that the items must be in their original packaging, clean and unused. Please send us a short mail so that we can register the return in the store and send you all further information! Products personalized with customer wishes either on the front, inside and/or back cannot be exchanged or returned as they are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
